Yes gang, it’s the end of the road for another one of our series, this time we say goodbye to Gekkoh with this final release. It’s been a long road and I hope you enjoyed the series as much as we did bringing it to you. Feel free to leave comments (good or bad) on how we did on this title. I’ve been following Gekkoh since the first scanlators worked on it. It was a real boost when EMS took it over though – always releasing in a reasonable time and in good quality – what more could a leecher ask?

Thank you for all your hard work on this series. The quality of the work was good (in my opinion at least), and I’m allways glad to see when a series gets safely scanlated to the end.
The ending was good allthough it had kind of a rushed feeling to it, but that’s for the mangaka and not you. Good series still. Hope to see lot of Noel no Kimochi in the future. =D

Just had a question, they had sex right? Then why does the brother at the end of the manga says that she should now live a normal life and get a boyfriend, so does this mean that they will just go back to being siblings? Arent they lovers already? As they arent blodd-related, cant stand any boy or girl around each other, and she even kissed him openly at the end. SO what do you guys think?

Yes, they did the deed. I think he was speaking in general terms, that she can live a normal life, have a boyfriend, have normal friends, etc.. Obviously he was probably speaking about himself in that sense, but whatever she decided, it was her decision to make and she didn’t have to live a Yakuza life or a life full of hatred and revenge.

I was wondering about the difference between hentai and echii, from our western point of view. I believe Gekko can fall in the same category as Sakura Diaries and “My Balls”: it’s just in the middle.

Yeah, ecchi and hentai are really broad terms, with so many examples out there.. ecchi basically means “lewd” or “sexy”.. a lot of your fanservice type manga and anime can probably be classified as ecchi, especially if there is panty shots and/or nude scenes. hentai is usually used to describe pure adult series, one that features nudity/sex as a focal point. With all three of the series you mentioned, they can be considered adult in nature, but yet shouldn’t be classified as hentai. Although, I admit, some of the later chapters of ST have been pushing my thought on this..
